Privacy policy

Data controller: the operator of Kavárna Na Rohu. Data processor: ReviewFi, the service provider (ask the staff for contact details).

What we store: when you connect to the WiFi we store only an anonymised technical fingerprint of your device (a one-way hash of the MAC address, from which the device cannot be identified), the time you connected, and whether you tapped the review link. We do not store names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or the pages you visit.

Purpose and legal basis: operating the WiFi network and measuring its use, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box before connecting. Without that consent the WiFi cannot be used.

Retention: anonymised records are kept for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.

Your rights: you have the right to information, erasure and objection – please ask the staff. Reviews on Google are governed by Google's own terms.
